Thirteen states’ attorneys general have signed onto an amicus brief defending Proposition 8. These states are Alabama, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Wyoming.
