Ask Toomey and Casey to Oppose Jill Pryor for 11th Circuit

Details

Next week Congress returns from recess.  Upon return the Senate is expected to hold a confirmation vote on Jill Pryor, Obama nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Here are some reasons why Jill Pryor should be opposed:

Pryor worked on the legal committee of the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia for sixteen years from 1999 to 2005.

Pryor advocates an evolving Constitution approach in analyzing the meaning of the “Natural Born Citizen” Clause of the Constitution.
