Attorney General Kane Asks Supreme Court to Legalize “Gay” Marriage Nationwide

Details

PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane recently signed onto an amicus brief saying the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals was correct in overturning Utah’s Marriage Protection Amendment, arguing the Supreme Court should make that standard apply across the country.  This brief was signed by attorneys general representing some of the most liberal states in the nation:  Massachusetts, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont and Washington State.  By her signature Kathleen Kane is saying the majority of Pennsylvanians are okay with the legalization of so-called same-sex marriage.   She is wrong and the silent majority needs to speak up and let her know!
