US District Judge Virginia Phillips decision to stop enforcing the military Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy is beyond her constitutional powers. Article 1, Section 8 gives the power to make rules regulating the military to Congress, not some judge.
Each year since October 11, 1987 homosexual activists groups encourage individuals, some as young as eleven, to ‘come out’ as homosexual, bisexual or transgender. This is an effort to “prove” that gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people are “everywhere”.
