AFA of PA encourages Christians, through education, to become involved in pro-family issues in their community, state and the nation. This is some of what has been going on in the Commonwealth and the nation.
Today the House of Representatives actually voted to repeal major portions of Obamacare and defund Planned Parenthood! Unfortunately, half of the Pennsylvania delegation voted against it! Yesterday the State Senate Finance Committee advanced SB 300 which would prioritize spending to make public health entities the top priority for taxpayer funding and placing Planned Parenthood at the end of the list. Those who oppose this life-saving bill call it “an attack on women and family health.” Thank those committee members who voted for it and ask your State Senator to support it!
