State Rep Daryl Metcalfe has penned a letter to the PA Human Relations Commission reminding them of their proper role in government and that it does not involve rewriting laws as they attempt to redefine the word “sex” in the PA Human Relations Act and the PA Fair Educational Opportunities Act! Ask your legislator to get involved.
is the public comment the AFA of PA sent to the PA Human Relations Commission’s in response to their efforts to redefine ‘sex’ in the PA Human Relations Act and the PA Fair Educational Opportunities Act to mean “sex stereotyping.” This is an effort to do an end run around the legislative process
Apparently Governor Wolf has given up on the legislature passing a homosexual special rights bill, so the PA Human Relations Commission is seeking to change the definition of “sex” to include “sex stereotyping.” If its proposal is approved, they will use the new criteria to conduct their investigation and simply bypass the People’s elected legislators!
Homosexual activists and their ally in the PA governor’s mansion are getting impatient with the legislature, which has correctly not extended special rights to homosexuals/transgenders by passing laws which would add ‘sexual orientation and gender identity or expression’ to the PA Human Relations Act. However, Governor Wolf through the PA Human Relations Commission seeks to make those changes simply by changing the definition of the word ‘sex’ within the laws the commission oversees!
Friday, April 21st is the homosexual Day of Silence – a day the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network has set aside to further normalize homosexuality and transgenderism in our nation’s public schools. Will your child’s school permit students and/or teachers to refuse to speak during instructional time?
Transgender activists and PA Physician General, Dr. “Rachel” Levine,” is not pleased that President Trump has rescinded Obama’s bathroom edict that demanded public schools open their bathrooms, locker and shower rooms to the opposite sex. In fact, he took part in an “emergency” roundtable discussion to discuss the dilemma.
Tonight the Johnstown City Council voted 4-2 to table Amendment 5 to Ordinance 4174. Council members John Williams, Pete Vizza, Charlene Stanton and Marie Mock courageously voted to table this dangerous amendment, which would add ‘sexual orientation and gender identity or expression’ to the existing non-discrimination ordinance. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide advocate for the natural family and for the preservation of privacy rights, took part in a news conference prior to the City Council vote expressing concerns which included real examples of what has happened in other places that have added ‘sexual orientation and gender identity or expression’ to its ordinances.
Disney continues its path down the ‘gay highway.’ The soon to be released cinematic remake of Beauty and the Beast includes a gay subplot! There is no question that our children are being targeted with the message that ‘gay is okay’ and the Disney Corporation is 100% on board with the indoctrination.
President Trump has promised to issue an executive order protecting religious freedom. As Christians are being hauled into court because they refuse to use their God-given talents to participate in a ‘gay wedding,’ the need for this executive order is greater now than ever.
The school board of Pine Richland School District made a commonsense decision last September when they voted to require students to use either the restrooms that corresponds with their biological sex or use single-occupancy ‘unisex’ restrooms. Yesterday’s decision by a federal judge declaring the civil rights of three students who identify as transgender were violated is wrong and creates the potential risk of biological boys to similarly begin identifying as “transgender girls” in order to gain access to the private facilities of girls.
