On December 14, 2017 the FCC voted to repeal the Obama era net neutrality rules which stifled the internet. As now FCC chairman Ajit Pai noted back in 2015 in voicing his opposition to the rules changes, ““This is not only a radical departure from the bipartisan, market-oriented policies that have served us so well for the last two decades.” He further noted the FCC was flip-flopping on rules they had just put in places months earlier simply because President Obama wanted net neutrality enacted.
The radical Left and its media cronies are determined to control the internet and what you can say and what you can access. This is evident in the hysteria that has been prevalent during the debate over the repeal of benign sounding “net neutrality” and its recent repeal. Attacks and threats against FCC chair Ajit Pai, who led the way to repeal, continue and must be countered with our words of appreciation and encouragement.
