The Super Bowl is once again upon us. Super Bowl 52 between the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles will be this Sunday and along with the game will be sex traffickers determined to make a bundle of money. They will be selling young men and women for sex. Past Super Bowl games have resulted in the arrests of sex traffickers and sex buyers, as well as the recovery of juvenile victims. What can you do to help stop this travesty?
On Friday President Trump made some comments that did not set well with NFL players. He called out those players who refuse to stand for the National Motto before games. His choice of words were not appropriate, but he got the NFL’s attention. During Sunday’s Steelers vs. Bears game, only one Steelers’ player came to the field to stand for the National Anthem. Is he now being pressured to explain his actions away?
“I was thanking God for you guys,” Kennedy recalls telling his players. “Then a couple said they were Christians and asked if they could join. I responded, ‘It’s a free country, you can do whatever you want to do.’”
Seven years later one must wonder whether he still believes this is a free country. In September, 2015 the school district began investigating the coach to determine if his prayers were constitutional. On September 17th the superintendent sent a demand letter to Coach Kennedy outlining what they wanted from him.
