Action Alert: How Safe is the Macys Near You?
December 15, 2011 // 0 CommentsI’m sure you’ve heard of the Macys in Texas that fired a Christian employee because she refused to allow a ‘transgender woman’ to use the women’s fitting room. The 27 year old San Antonio College student said the person claimed to be a woman, but it was quite evident it was a man in makeup and woman’s clothing. Now the report of another such incident has arisen. What about Pennsylvania’s Macy stores? Is it safe for a woman or young girl to go into one of their fitting rooms? Apparently Macys has an anti-discrimination policy which includes “gender identity.”

December 8, 2011 // 0 Comments
Yesterday the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA) once again faxed questions and scenarios for the Susquehanna Township Board of Commissioners to consider before tonight’s vote on a so-called “anti-discrimination” ordinance. We have yet to hear anything from the commissioners. Apparently, they are not willing to address the potential harm that will be done if the ordinance is passed tonight.
News Release: Will Whitemarsh Township Make the Tough Decision and Say ‘No’?
November 17, 2011 // 0 Comments
Today the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA) emailed and faxed the Board of Supervisors concerning the public hearing about the so-called ‘anti-discrimination’ ordinance that was held tonight. The question is do the Township Supervisors have enough courage to honestly answer the questions and take a close look at the evidence presented outlining the dangers of passing the ordinance which will give special protections to homosexuals, bisexuals and transgenders simply because of the sexual activity in which they engage and who they think they are.
News Release: Will Jenkintown Vote to Advertise Discriminatory Ordinance?
October 24, 2011 // 0 Comments
Tonight Jenkintown Borough in Montgomery County will be deciding whether to advertise an ordinance which would create a local human relations commission and include the words “sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.” Homosexual activists have been very busy in southeastern PA since last year pushing the victim card and claiming they are losing their jobs and being thrown out of their homes simply because they are homosexual — although they have yet to produce any current valid examples. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide traditional values group , has contacted each member of the Council Board and asked them some specific questions.
Action Alert: Homosexuals Target Jenkintown
October 24, 2011 // 0 CommentsJenkintown is the next target. Why would this small suburban town covering less than a square mile in area with a population of approximately 4,500 be targeted? It’s simply a potential feather in the cap of those trying to put pressure on the state legislature to change the PA Human Relations Act to include “sexual orientation and gender identity or expression” thus giving homosexuals, bisexuals and transgenders special rights simply because of the sexual activity in which they engage or who they think they are.

Today the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide traditional values group, contacted each member of the Newtown Borough Council asking them several pointed questions prior to the vote on the so-called anti-discrimination ordinance tonight . Thus far there has been no response from council members nor a reaction to the examples sent last month of negative impact in other places where similar ordinances passed.
News Release: State College Area School District Makes Another Wrong Decision
July 25, 2011 // 0 Comments
Tonight by a 6-2 vote the State College Area School board approved changes in their anti-discrimination policies for students and the district hiring practices to include ‘sexual orientation and gender identity.’ This move follows on the heels of the district offering same-sex domestic partner benefits to its homosexual employees. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide traditional values and child advocacy group, is appalled that the board takes their responsibility of providing for the safety of their students so lightly.
News Release: State College Super Says Men in Dresses OK
July 12, 2011 // 0 Comments
The State College School District made its first mistake by offering health insurance benefits to opposite sex domestic partners as well as married couples. In May they were sued by a lesbian employee to extend those benefits to her and her partner and to change their policy to also include same-sex domestic partners. Last night the school district, under pressure from the ACLU and the lesbian couple, voted to change its health insurance coverage policies to include same-sex domestic partners.
News Release: They Finally Admit It Is About the Bathroom.
June 16, 2011 // 0 CommentsJust prior to the vote on a proposed human relations ordinance in Bethlehem, the homosexual group Equality PA ‘let the cat out of the bag’ in admitting its efforts were also to force businesses and public accommodations to let men who think they are women to use the women’s restroom and vice versa. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide traditional values group, has long asserted this was part of the plan.
News Release: Abington School District Approves Wrong Policy
March 23, 2011 // 0 Comments
In a move to place pressure on the Abington Township Board of Commissioners to pass a so-called anti-discrimination ordinance which includes sexual orientation and gender identity, last night the Abington School District approved a policy change adding that same terminology to their “Non-discrimination – Professional and Non-Professional Employees” policy. In an e-mailed statement, the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a student advocacy group, expressed concern that the district’s move may place employees as well as students in danger.
