Chairman of the House State Government Committee, Representative Daryl Metcalfe, has been under attack since December 5th because he once again asked Democratic chair Matt Bradford to not touch him. This has caused an uproar among homosexual activists with Equality PA, SEIU, the Pennsylvania Democrat Party and Governor Tom Wolf demanding his removal from the chairman’s seat. They claim this is further proof that he is a “homophobic bigot” not qualified for the chairmanship of this committee. Metcalfe did not accuse Bradford, a married father of four, of being a homosexual, but simply asked him to stop touching him.

Ninety-seven members of the PA House have sent a letter to President Obama demanding that he rescind the unlawful bathroom edict from last Friday. However, three of the signers are also co-sponsors of HB 1510 which would open every bathroom door in the Commonwealth to whomever!
Ninety-seven members of the PA State House have signed a letter to President Obama expressing outrage over his misguided and illegal edict to every school district in America demanding they open the girls’ bathroom, locker and shower rooms to boys who think they are girls and vice versa. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide child advocacy group, applauds the legislators’ efforts in trying to protect the school children in this Commonwealth.
PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane has been charged with perjury, obstruction of justice and illegally leaking confidential information in order to harm a political foe. The Montgomery County DA has released a 42-page affidavit of probable cause. She faces up to seven years in prison on the most serious charge, perjury.
Next Wednesday May 23 the AFA of PA will be participating in a news conference introducing Representative Daryl Metcalfe’s bill to defund Planned Parenthood. It will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Media Center in the State Capitol.
