Biden’s Attorney General Pick is NOT a Moderate

Details

President Biden has nominated Judge Merrick Garland to be the next US Attorney General.   He is being labeled as a “Moderate.”  However, he is anything but!  Here’s what he supports:

1. Taking away college opportunities from young women by forcing them to compete with biological males for college sports scholarships.
2. Forcing young women to share locker room and showers with biological males.
3. Taking away Second Amendment rights to self-defense – even in one’s own home.
4. Imposing a Nationwide Gun Registry.
5. Suing Gun Makers for the Acts of Gun Users.
6. Refusal to Prosecute Illegal Border Crossers.
7. Forcing Pro-Life Groups to Pay for Abortions.

These are not the positions of a moderate and any US Senator who supports the nomination of Merrick Garland for anything, let alone US Attorney General, is not a moderate either.

Action Steps

Contact Senator Pat Toomey and Senator Bob Casey, Jr. and ask them to vote ‘no’ on the confirmation of Merrick Garland to be the next US Attorney General.
