Deadline to Apply for An Absentee Ballot and Voter Guide

Details Tuesday, October 26th is the deadline to apply for an absentee ballot.    They must be received in the county election office no later than 5:00 p.m. that day — postmarks DO NOT count.  No excuse mail-in ballots?   No matter what the PA Supreme Court decided last November, the PA Constitution Article VII, Section 14(a) determines whether they are constitutional or not.  Read that section here and decide if the Democrat majority on the PA Supreme Court made the right decision.

You can either apply online by going to the bottom of this page, check the box beside “I’m not a robot” and click on “Begin your application.   If you want to “take out the middle man”  (the US Postal Service), access the application  here, print it off and  hand deliver it to the county election office.

The voted ballot must be back in the county election office by 8:00 p.m. on election day.

Action Steps

All elections are important and if you need to apply for an absentee ballot, don’t forget 5:00 Tuesday is the deadline for such an application to be received by your county election office.   You can eliminate all involvement of the US Postal Service by actually voting at your county election office immediately after you turn in your absentee ballot application. Don’t forget the AFA of PA has a judicial voter guide  here.
