Tell Senator Casey to Vote to Confirm Amy Coney Barrett

Details

The vote on the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the US Supreme Court is expected to take place Monday evening.  Senator Pat Toomey has indicated he will vote to confirm Judge Barrett to the US Supreme Court saying, “Given Judge Barrett’s stellar record and credentials, her nomination is deserving of overwhelming bipartisan support. It is unfortunate that most Democratic senators rejected her nomination from the start and even refused to meet with her. Nonetheless, I look forward to supporting Judge Barrett’s successful confirmation.”

Senator Bob Casey, Jr., on the other hand, has said, “Since President Trump has pledged to only nominate candidates from a list approved by two far-right organizations, the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation, it’s unsurprising that he has nominated an individual with an extreme judicial philosophy. :   Check out the Heritage Foundation’s website to see how “radical” they are.  And . . . the Federalist Society is “even more radical,” check them out here

Senator Casey, like most other Democrats, did not even bother meeting with Judge Barrett.  He said during an interview with KDKA-TV, he will not support President Donald Trump’s nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court.

No matter what his statements, Senator Casey needs to hear from his constituents!

As you probably know, the Democrat members of the Senate Judiciary Committee even boycotted the committee vote by not even showing up!!  As a result of their shenanigans, the record will show that Amy Coney Barrett was unanimously voted out of committee.
