Tell Senators Casey and Toomey to Protect Life
Details
Senator Lindsey Graham has introduced S 3275, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortions after the baby can feel pain –20 weeks. Up to 22 states allow abortions through all nine months of pregnancy. Remember in 2017 our state legislature passed SB 3 which would have banned abortions once the baby feels pain. Governor Wolf vetoed the bill saying, “SB3 is a vile assault on women’s ability to make their own decisions about their own health care.” Now we have a chance to pass this ban on the federal level!
Action Steps
Ask Senator Bob Casey and Senator Pat Toomey to support S 3275, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
