Where do Senators Casey and Toomey Stand on Marriage?

Word out of Washington, DC indicate that Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator Dianne Feinstein, sponsor of S 598, will attach it to the Defense Authorization Act. This is the annual bill which funds our military! Remember S598 is the bill which would overturn the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). It was just voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee along party lines last Thursday and now liberal Democrats are trying to attach it to a must pass bill.
Action Steps
1.) According to the Philadelphia Gay News over 4,000 Pennsylvanians have contacted Senator Casey asking him to support the overturn of DOMA. But do they speak for the majority of Pennsylvanians? I don’t think they do!
(a.) Contact Senators Casey and Toomey by clicking here. Please email asking them not to support any effort to repeal the federal DOMA even if it means voting against the Defense Authorization Act. Also call their district office nearest you.
