Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day Follow-up

Details

Reports from around the country indicate yesterday was a successful day in showing our appreciation to Chick-fil-A and its President Dan Cathy in his Biblical stand on marriage.  A record number of customers were served!

The Chick-fil-A I went to in Cranberry Township, Butler County, was packed.  We had to park in an adjacent parking lot and the line for the drive-thru went out the shopping center’s driveway.

How about in your area?  How was business at Chick-fil-A?  Was it busy too?

GLAAD, Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, sought to make money off yesterday’s Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day by asking for $6.50 donations from their supporters.  Tomorrow has been designated National Same Sex Kiss Day at Chick-fil-A.

Action Steps

1.)  The intolerance of those pushing for same-sex “marriage” has been exposed for the world to see since Dan Cathy’s statements supporting one man one woman marriage and his warning of God’s judgment on the nation if we embrace sin.  Tomorrow is yet another example of their intolerance and willingness to disrupt the business of someone simply because they don’t like what he says.  We need to make every effort to counter this sick expression of intolerance, so why not consider going to a Chick-fil-A near you tomorrow! This in your face protest is an effort to discourage decent people from going to Chick-fil-A — so let’s do just the opposite and show up in mass!   Here’s the link to the Restaurant Locator.  Simply select “Pennsylvania” in the “Select State” drop down menu on the right to find one of the 59 locations in PA.

2.)  And if you haven’t contacted Chick-fil-A’s corporate headquarters yet to thank them, here’s the contact info:   email them using the form here.   You can also call them at 404-765-8000 (You will reach a receptionist, who will put you on hold to talk to a Chick-fil-A representative.  The wait to tell them thanks is worth it!)
