Synopsis: December 15, 1791, the day Virginia voted to ratify, was the day the Bill of Rights became part of the United States Constitution. These ten amendments were designed to limit the power of the federal government. Too many Americans, including judges, don’t remember the real reason for the Bill of Rights nor the original intent of them. And . . . no, “separation of church and state” is not there!
