HR 1865, the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act, overwhelming passed in the US House by a vote of 388 to 25. This bill would amend Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act which has been misinterpreted by the courts to protect websites which allow classified ads linked to sex trafficking. That was never the intention of the supporters of this section and must be amended.

The Coalition for the War on Illegal Pornography, of which the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA) is a member, launched a new campaign today asking all presidential candidates to state their position on the enforcement of federal laws prohibiting the distribution of illegal, hard-core, obscene pornography.
