WW Bridal Boutique in Bloomsburg has been in business for 37 years. They will be closing their doors on March 30th because of unrelenting attacks by homosexual activists over the past four years. This truly exposes how very intolerant are those who are crying tolerance the loudest. Christians should be permitted to run their businesses according to their Christian beliefs. Thank Victoria Miller for standing strong and being an example to us all.
Homosexual activists have targeted a Christian owned bridal shop in Bloomsburg since 2014. The attacks have been mean-spirited and vulgar, which truly exposes how very intolerant those who are crying tolerance the loudest are. WW Bridal Boutique has been in business 37 years and employs seven who will now be out of a job. A big loss for Bloomsburg and surrounding area.
As in 2014 W.W. Bridal Boutique is under attack for turning away a lesbian couple who wanted wedding attire for their upcoming “wedding.” The owner believes that marriage is only between one man and one woman and runs her business with those convictions and because of that she is under attack. Her business has received such threatening phone calls that they are now only seeing customers by appointment and have been forced to deactivate their Facebook page!
AFA of PA encourages Christians, through education, to become involved in pro-family issues in their community, state and the nation. This is some of what has been going on in the Commonwealth and the nation.
The Christian owners of two businesses in central PA are being attacked because they do not want to embrace and celebrate a lifestyle they believe is sinful. The Inne at the Abingtons in Lackawanna County has turned away a lesbian couple who wants to use their facility for their “wedding” and W.W. Bridal Boutique in Bloomsburg has turned away another lesbian couple who wants to buy wedding gowns. Such situations will be used to push for passage of two homosexual special rights bills, but they expose the real reason homosexual activists are pushing for passage of HB and SB 300, notes the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), an organization advocating for natural marriage and religious freedom.
The Lackawanna County business, the Inne at the Abingtons, has told a lesbian couple that they cannot hold their “wedding” ceremony at their facility. The Columbia County business, W.W. Bridal Boutique in Bloomsburg, has told another lesbian couple that they do not serve same-sex couples. Bloomsburg is the home of Bloomsburg University, so it is much more liberal than North Abington Township in Lackawanna County, the home of the Inne at the Abingtons. Homosexual activists are pulling out all the stops as they zero in on the W.W. Bridal Boutique, determined to make them change their policy or put them out of business as they did Sweet Cakes by Melissa in Oregon.
