City Charter High School -- Pittsburgh

Conestoga High School in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District -- Berwyn

East Penn School District -- Emmaus -- for 7th and 10th graders at Eyer Middle School, Lower Macungie Middle School, and Emmaus High School.

East Stroudsburg Area School District -- East Stroudsburg -- East Stroudsburg Area Senior High - North and East Stroudsburg Area Senior High - South.

Mt. Lebanon School District -- Pittsburgh -- for 8th and 11th graders at Thomas Jefferson Middle School, Andrew Mellow Middle School, and Mt. Lebanon High School.

Northern Potter Junior/Senior High School in Northern Potter School District -- Ulysses

Northwest Pennsylvania Collegiate Academy -- Erie

Notre Dame High School -- Easton

Pleasant Valley Middle School -- Brodheadsville -- Pleasant Valley School District This district is using passive consent -- meaning if they don't specifically opt their child out of the mental health screening, the school ASSUMES the parent is giving their okay!

Pocono Mountain School District -- Pocono Mountain Academy (Cresco), Pocono Mountain East High School (Swiftwater), Pocono Mountain West High School (Pocono Summit)
