Cradle of Liberty Scout Council

Scouts must either change their policy banning open homosexual leaders (if they do this the National Office will rightfully remove their charter), leave the headquarters they built in 1928 and have maintained since or pay fair market rent which will take funds from the programs that help over 64,000 Scouts in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware Counties.
