Troublesome Co-sponsorship Circulating in State Senate
Details:
On Friday State Senators Timothy Kearney, Amanda Cappelletti, Katie Muth and Lindsey Williams began circulating several co-sponsorship memos to “aid” those who have begun identifying as the oppose sex:
- Removal of sex from a birth certificate
- Using taxpayer dollars “to establish a grant program, housed in DCED, for organizations, county governments, and municipal governments that assist transgender individuals in navigating the process of changing their names.”
- Replace the judicial name change process with an administrative one
- Removing the publication requirement for a name change
These co-sponsorship memos are seeking additional senators to push the transgender agenda. All the above would simply reinforce the delusion that anyone can change from male to female and vice versa. This is a biological impossibility.
