News Release: Group Letter Sent to Governor Asking for Glassman’s Removal

For several years the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide traditional values group, has been raising awareness to the efforts of Stephen Glassman, Chairman of the PA Human Relations (PHRC) to use his position as a bully pulpit to further his personal agenda – using the force of law to demand that all Pennsylvanians celebrate the homosexual lifestyle. The AFA of PA has been joined by other groups in signing a letter to Governor Corbett offering evidence of Glassman’s activism and asking that he be removed as chairman of the PHRC.

Two years after Secretary of Education Arne Duncan named homosexual activist and founder of the radical Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN) Kevin Jennings as the Deputy Secretary for the Office of Safe & Drug Free Schools he’s out of the Obama administration. The end of last week Be the Change, Inc. announced that as of July 25 Kevin Jennings would be their new President and CEO.

Floor debate in the State Senate on SB 732 is scheduled for Monday May 23rd. This is an abortion inspection bill which is in direct response to the Philadelphia “House of Horrors” run by “Dr.” Kermit Gosnell. This very weak legislation emerged from the State Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee on May 4.

Today Pennsylvania’s “pro-life” Senator Bob Casey, Jr. voted for cloture on the nomination of radical Goodwin Liu for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide traditional values group, is appalled that Senator Casey would support such an outrageous nominee.
