Recently a vote was taken to give the green light to Puerto Rico to become a state. With the upcoming November election and the possibility of two more Democratic US Senators and up to eight more Democratic Congressmen and tens of thousands of new Democratic voters if Puerto Rico becomes a state, one wonders if this move may not be politically motivated!
