Daughters of the American Revolution are Confused
Details
The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) was founded to honor and preserve the legacy of the women whose ancestors helped secure America’s independence. It was specifically founded in 1890 because Sons of the American Revolution would not allow women – they knew what a man was! However, DAR is now having a problem identifying what a woman is! Leadership is allowing men who identify as women and have a birth certificate to “prove” it! Too many states- PA included – are allowing gender confused individuals to change their legal documents – birth certificates and drivers licenses – to reflect their delusion.
There are members of the Daughters of the Revolution who are calling for a special meeting – as the bylaws allow – to have a vote on the issue. At this point, leadership is ignoring the bylaws. This situation has negatively impacted DAR membership.

Action Steps:
Rep. Ben Cline, R-Va., introduced HR 9701, the Daughters of the American Revolution Membership Integrity Act. The bill amends the DAR’s congressional charter to ensure biological men cannot become members. What a novel idea!! Since I interviewed Carris, two PA Representatives have signed on as co-sponsors – Dan Meuser and Lloyd Smucker. Please contact your US Representative and ask him or her to sign onto this important bill.
