Details
Yesterday amid an email porn scandal, PA Supreme Court Judge Seamus McCaffery sent his letter of resignation to Governor Corbett. He made no mention of the scandal, but basically said he had other immediate plans. McCaffery did promise Governor Corbett that under no circumstances would he seek a judicial office again.
