House to Vote on Defunding Planned Parenthood
Details
Planned Parenthood receives half a billion dollars — 41% of its annual budget — from our federal tax dollars. Ten videos have helped expose its participation in the sale of body parts from aborted babies. The tenth video shows a top Planned Parenthood executive saying the sale of baby body parts is a “valid exchange” and acknowledging these sales generate a fair amount of income.
The US House is scheduled to take up two bills today — the Defund Planned Parenthood Act (HR 3134) defunding Planned Parenthood for one year and Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (HR 3504) increasing penalties for abortionists who kill babies who survive the abortion.
