Details
As 2021 comes to a close we continue seeing an overreaching government use a disease for political purposes. Whether it be government vaccine mandates on private businesses or the requirement for proof that you’ve gotten the COVID shot in order to enter restaurants, concerts or sporting events, there is no question that the government on both the federal and state levels are using COVID to increase their power over Americans. This is NOT the way the Founding Fathers envisioned the country should be run. There’s also no question that in 2020 fear of COVID was used by state legislators, most believing they were doing the right thing, to change election laws to create or expand the use of mail-in ballots. And . . . we see how ‘well’ that went!
The AFA of PA continues to work for the repeal of Act 77, the law that created the use of unconstitutional no excuse mail-in ballots (see PA Constitution Article VII, Section 14 a).
The AFA of PA also continues to expose the use of critical race theory (CRT) in schools and the implementation of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) as the ones in control of the public education system continue the efforts of brainwashing the future leaders of American in anti-American rhetoric. Using the education system to further their agenda is a primary goal of the Leftists!
Pornography on databases that schools have students use to do homework — surely not!! But, yes, that is present in some school districts in PA. PA is one of 43 states that extend an obscenity exemption to educational institutions. The AFA of PA is working to get this repealed. We have the model language; all we need is a sponsor!
Comprehensive Sex Ed (CSE) is being pushed, and in some cases in PA already being taught in schools. We aren’t California or New York yet and the AFA of PA will continue working to make sure that doesn’t happen!
Two very important elections coming up in 2022 — PA Governor and a new US Senator to represent PA in Washington, DC. As we have in past years, the AFA of PA will have non-partisan voter guides for these races . . . and maybe more.
The AFA of PA continues to expose the lies of the LGBTQ movement and its impact on the youth of Pennsylvania. We will be offering a new tool in 2022 that will help families understand and fight the efforts of transgender activists as they seek to convince our girls and boys that they were born in the wrong body. Did you know that Planned Parenthood is very much into the transgender movement? More on that next year too!
Action Steps
