House Dems Rushing Through Bill That Opens Bathroom Doors to All

Details

One week ago, HB 300 was officially introduced.  Today the bill will be voted on in the House Judiciary Committee.  Not surprisingly all the co-sponsors are Democrats.  The lead sponsor, Malcolm Kenyatta (who recently announced his bid for the auditor general position next year!), is an open homosexual.   Interesting that the bill still lists Democrat Mike Zabel, who resigned on March 16 because of numerous accusations of sexual harassment toward fellow legislators, as a co-sponsor.

The bill would add “sexual orientation, gender identity or expression” to the PA Human Relations Act which impacts employment, housing and public accommodations.  Passage of HB 300 would open all bathrooms, locker rooms and shower facilities to the sexually confused and force Christian bakers, florists  and photographers, who do provide services to homosexuals in other settings, to also provide their services in the celebration of a same-sex “wedding.”   It would also force Christian schools and all daycares to hire homosexuals and those who identify as the opposite sex.

This bill is discriminatory because it is based on changeable characteristics; it is based on who someone identifies as; it is based on the lifestyle choices of individuals.   Identifying as LGBTQ is not the same as unchangeable race and ethnicity.
