Tell Your State Senator to Oppose this LGBTQ+ Pride Resolution

Details

Senator Sharif Street is circulating a co-sponsorship memo for a “Resolution Recognizing June 2023 as LGBTQ+ Pride Month in Pennsylvania”.  A similar resolution has already passed out of the State House State Government along a party-line vote.  Such a resolution is very likely to pass in the Democrat-controlled House, but we need to let the GOP-controlled State Senate know we do not support such a resolution.

Yet, with all the advances to further the normalization of the ‘gay’, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and whatever else they come up with lifestyle, today the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ lobby group, has declared a state of emergency for LGBTQ people in the US!  Their concern is the fact laws are being passed to protect women’s sports,  stop so-called gender-affirming care for minors,  remove sexually explicit books from school libraries, restrict LGBTQ lessons from being taught to elementary students, keep boys out of girls’ private spaces, keep children safe from explicit performances by drag queens and restore parental rights.  To HRC these are major problems as Americans are waking up to the dangers posed by those pushing the LGBTQ+ agenda.

Action Steps

Ask your State Senator to oppose Senator Street’s resolution recognizing June as LGBTQ+ Pride Month in PA.  Also, if you have not watched Matt Walsh’s “What is a Woman” documentary, it is still available for free on Twitter.  It is posted on the AFA of PA Twitter page (scroll down a couple posts).   You will have to open an account in order to watch, but it is well worth it!
