Today is the Day
Details:
President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance and members of their families began their day at a St. John’s Episcopal Church service in Lafayette Square near the White House. While in the White House, outgoing President Joe Biden issued more preemptive pardons. He now holds the record for the most pardons ever issued by a President. As of earlier this month that number stood at 8,062. Here’s a very brief list:
- commuted the sentences of 93% of federal death row inmates. They will remain in federal prison for the rest of their lives, being housed, fed and provided healthcare on the taxpayer dime. These murderers included: Thomas Sanders, who murdered a young mother and her 12 year-old daughter; Ricardo Sanchez, Jr. and Daniel Troya, who murdered an entire family, including two children aged 4 and 3; Kaboni Savage killed 12 people. Savage killed six people in one incident when he ordered the firebombing of the home of a former associate. Four children, including an infant, died horribly as they were burned alive.
- former Luzerne County Judge Michael T. Conahan – better known as the ‘Cash for Kids Judge”
- pardoned his son Hunter
Today outgoing President Joe Biden preemptively pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, Liz Cheney and all members of the J6 Select Committee and the Capital Police officers and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before that committee. His very last act as he walked out of the White House for the last time was to preemptively pardon his brother James and his wife, Sara, his sister Valerie and her husband, John Owens, and his brother Francis.
Outgoing President Biden says these preemptive pardons don’t mean the individuals receiving them are guilty of anything, but . . . . Biden’s Justice Department wrote in recent court filings for Jan. 6 defendants that accepting a pardon comes with an implicit admission of guilt or wrongdoing.
Action Steps:
- President Trump will sign many executive orders today Pray that Congress will take steps to implement many of them legislatively; otherwise, they will be rescinded if a Democrat is elected President in 2028. Even as Joe Biden did on his first few days in office in 2021. . It is reported that 10 executive orders will deal specifically with the illegal immigration crisis.
- Pray for the safety of the 47th President of the United States, his family, his cabinet, members of the US House and US Senate and others is position of power.
