Prior to that time Democrats held ‘hearings’ behind closed doors and in total secrecy only leaking to the press what they wanted the press (and Americans) to know. Action Alert – Ask Senators Casey and Toomey to Oppose This Nominee to the Ninth Circuit
Patrick Bumatay has been nominated to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. There are several troubling aspects to his record that should cause concern to all Americans who believe the Constitution should be interpreted as the Founding Fathers wrote it and not viewed as a living, breathing document that can be changed at the whim of the judicial system.
