A constitutional convention sounds like a good idea, but it isn’t! Each time our Constitution has been amended since 1787, it has been through the amendment process, not a special called constitutional convention. Going through the regular amendment process protects our Constitution from being totally rewritten, as would be the intent of “progressives.” HR 206 is a very bad idea!
