HB 2050 would make abortions simply based on a Downs Syndrome diagnosis of the unborn illegal in PA. Pro-abortion Governor Tom Wolf has pledged to veto the bill if it reaches his desk. Planned Parenthood and other pro-death groups are lobbying hard to make sure the bill goes down in flames. On December 14, 2017 the FCC voted to repeal the Obama era net neutrality rules which stifled the internet. As now FCC chairman Ajit Pai noted back in 2015 in voicing his opposition to the rules changes, ““This is not only a radical departure from the bipartisan, market-oriented policies that have served us so well for the last two decades.” He further noted the FCC was flip-flopping on rules they had just put in places months earlier simply because President Obama wanted net neutrality enacted.
