Action Alert – And the Final Vote on the “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” Was. . . .

The US House has passed the “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” by a vote of 237 to 189. Only three Democrats voted for HR 36 — none from PA! This bill would ban abortions after 20 weeks, when research has shown a baby feels pain. The US is only one of seven nations that allow babies in the womb to be ripped apart limb by limb. The bill now goes to the US Senate, where its prospect of passing does not look good.

Action Alert – Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act

The US House will once again be voting to ban abortions after 20 weeks. This has passed in the House twice before, but failed in the US Senate. However, now we have a President who has promised to sign this legislation if it reaches his desk. The “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” would ban abortions after babies in the womb can feel pain — 20 weeks. There are only seven nations in the world that allow abortions after 20 weeks, these include China, North Korea and the United States. What a tragedy that the US shares this terrible distinction with dictatorships!

A former US Marshall who is now in Pennsylvania’s State Senate is fed up with the anti-American NFL protests surrounding the National Motto and says they cannot go “unrebuked.” Senator Mike Regan, Republican from York County, is circulating a co-sponsorship memo for a resolution condemning the anti-American protests on the gridiron the weekend of September 23rd and 24th.
