Judge Neil Gorsuch has been voted out of the Judiciary Committee strictly along party lines and is now headed for a vote before the full Senate. However, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has promised a filibuster of the nominee and our Senator Casey supports this threat and has also vowed to vote against Judge Gorsuch on the floor!
