In January Governor Tom Wolf nominated Dr. Rachel Levine, who up until five years ago was known as Richard Levine, to be the Commonwealth’s Physician General. Tom Wolf’s efforts to appease his homosexual, transgender base will negatively impact the entire Commonwealth. Levine is speaking at the 2015 HRC Philadelphia Region Gala Dinner on Saturday the 21st.
