Action Alert: The Women’s Right to Know Act is Under Assault
Abortion supporters are mounting an all out assault on HB 1077, the Women’s Right to Know Act, a bill which will require a mother considering abortion to view an ultrasound of her baby before an abortion can be performed. In so doing so can give informed consent to the procedure.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on Andrew David Hurwitz, Nominee for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals tomorrow.
Who is Mr. Hurwitz?
1.) He acted as a key author of abortion court decisions that were eventually relied upon by the US Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade. Hurwitz claims that these pro abortion decisions influenced the Supreme Court’s decision in Roe and Hurwitz makes it clear that he is very proud of his role in these pro-abortion decisions.

On December 6th Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin dismissed harassment charges that had been filed against a Muslim who allegedly accosted, harassed and choked an atheist Ernest Perce who, along with a friend, participated in the Mechanicsburg’s Halloween parade. Perce dressed as the zombie Muhammad while his friend “Carl” depicted a zombie pope. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a traditional values group, does not support the depictions of Muhammad and the Pope as zombies, but finds the facts around the case very troubling.
