When a county election office does not remove the names of deceased voters in a timely fashion, that creates the opportunity for voter fraud to occur. A co-sponsorship memo is being circulated in the State Senate that would require the process to be sped up by requiring the Department of Health to notify the county within seven days rather than the current 60 days as stated in the current law.

Legalizing recreational marijuana is a very dangerous proposal. However, there is a bi-partisan push to legalize its use in PA. States that have legalized it have suffered the consequences including an increase in traffic violations, murders, and aggravated assaults! Any tax dollars such legalization would bring is not worth the human suffering it would cause.
