The first of 14 House State Government Committee hearings on the November election was held today. The almost three-hour hearing did not really reveal anything new. Democrats said everything went great, while Republicans raised questions that did not get satisfactory answers. However, the underlying issue is Act 77, which created no excuse mail-in ballots.

President-Elect Biden has named PA’s Health Secretary Dr. “Rachel” Levine to be the Assistant Secretary of Health. This gender-confused individual was first confirmed by a Republican-controlled PA Senate in March 2018, after being nominated in 2014 and serving as Acting Secretary of Health until confirmation. Since being nominated by Governor Wolf, Dr. Levine has used the position to further the LGBTQ agenda.

We are just days away from the inauguration of a man who supposedly got more votes than any presidential candidate in history as he campaigned from his basement. There continue to be unanswered questions about the outcome of the election, but no one in the judicial branch seems interested. Even too many in both Congress and the state legislatures seem to be overly concerned about it. The electoral vote going to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris was accepted on January 6th with only a handful of Senators and Representatives objecting. That handful had been a little larger before the assault on the US Capitol earlier that day.
