Governor Corbett’s announcement today that he would not appeal Judge Jones’ outrageous decision on our Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) shows his lack of will power to defend something he says he supports. The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide advocate for natural marriage, is outraged that the Governor has chosen the easy road.
