Action Alert – Parents Know Best Rally in Harrisburg

In the past courts sided with parents unless there was evidence of child abuse or neglect, but that can no longer be guaranteed. Increasingly courts are not viewing parents as those who know best for their children and are siding more on the “rights of the child.” A Parental Rights Amendment to the US Constitution must be added in order to protect parental rights. Right now a bill has been introduced in Harrisburg that would go a long way to protecting parental rights. A rally in support of those rights will be held at the State Capitol on April 10th.

Action Alert – Ask Senator McConnell and Cornyn to Run This Bill Now!

HR 1865, the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act, overwhelming passed in the US House by a vote of 388 to 25. This bill would amend Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act which has been misinterpreted by the courts to protect websites which allow classified ads linked to sex trafficking. That was never the intention of the supporters of this section and must be amended.

Action Alert – Voter Guide for District 18 Special Election

The congressional seat in PA’s 18th District has been vacant since October 2017 when Tim Murphy resigned. Voters will determine who finishes out his term on March 13th. Turnout by educated voters is crucial in this race. The AFA of PA has contacted the candidates and created a voter guide asking crucial questions dealing with abortion, special rights for homosexuals and transgenders, First Amendment rights of pastors, etc. Don’t live in the 18th Congressional District? Action Alert – LGBT Activists Force PA Wedding Shop Out of Business

WW Bridal Boutique in Bloomsburg has been in business for 37 years. They will be closing their doors on March 30th because of unrelenting attacks by homosexual activists over the past four years. This truly exposes how very intolerant are those who are crying tolerance the loudest. Christians should be permitted to run their businesses according to their Christian beliefs.
