A lot has changed since the US Constitution was signed in 1787. Some call it a living document, meaning it changes with time. However, the Founding Fathers never viewed it that way and neither should we! However, we see today a rewriting of this founding document. Our second President John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people, it is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” We should have heeded his warning!
