Prayer . . . are Americans downplaying the power of prayer? Have we forgotten the impact prayer has had on events throughout history? Didn’t Jesus encourage us to pray? I believe we all agree America needs prayer, but do we take it seriously? Do we pray daily for our nation? Franklin Graham is not just saying we need to pray for America, but he’s putting feet to his words and fellow Pennsylvanians are heeding his call.

A lot has changed since the US Constitution was signed in 1787. Some call it a living document, meaning it changes with time. However, the Founding Fathers never viewed it that way and neither should we! However, we see today a rewriting of this founding document. Our second President John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people, it is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” We should have heeded his warning!

Parents should not be worried about their children having access to pornography while completing their homework using school-sanctioned tools, but in too many cases they do have easy access to hardcore porn as well as hot links to Planned Parenthood as well as LGBTQ websites. We must take action to protect our children!

There’s no doubt there’s an all out war going on in this nation — from rioting in the streets to looting stores to targeting our children in schools with anti-American rhetoric to advancing the idea that some people are born gay and that’s perfectly okay or, even more prevalent now, is the idea that boys can be girls and girls can be boys. How should the church respond to today’s America?
