The Star Barn in Lancaster County is coming under attack for its policy of not permitting same-sex “weddings” on their property. It all started when a retired Lancaster County “gay married” educator attended an event there and then checked out their “Core Values” page on their website. He was incensed that they did not permit so-called same-sex “weddings” to take place on their property, citing the Scriptural definition of marriage. The retired educator then posted his outrage on social media, starting a firestorm, cancellation of the Lancaster County tourism group’s annual meeting and a protest!

Action Steps
Owner David Abel has made it clear that the purpose of The Star Barn Village is to host God-honoring events and that “Everything DAS does with or on the property must bring honor, glory, and praise to God or DAS cannot be a part of it.”
