HB 321 – Down Syndrome Bill — May be Voted on Wednesday
Details
On Monday the bill that would ban abortions simply based upon a prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome was voted out of the PA Senate Health and Human Services by a party line vote of 7 to 4.
HB 321 was also advanced through First Consideration by the full Senate yesterday and Second Consideration today. It now will be brought up for Third Consideration and a final vote possibly as early as tomorrow, November 20th.
Remember this bill already passed the PA House by a 117-76 vote on May 14th.
