US Supreme Court Decision Gives a Green Light
Details
The recent US Supreme Court decision reaffirms a state’s right to pass laws banning biological males from playing in female sports. The Democrats in the State House, who keep bouncing the Senate-passed SB 9, the Save Women’s Sports Act, from one committee to another, have no excuse not to bring the bill up for a floor vote. As of July 1 it was re-referred to the House Health Committee.
Action Steps:
Contact PA House Speaker Joanna McClinton and ask her to get SB 9 moving through the House. Inaction is not fair to Pennsylvania’s female athletes. They need to know whether their concerns are being heard.
