Details
As you’ve probably heard the US House passed the “CRomnibus” bill around 9:30 p.m. Thursday evening. Sixty-seven Republicans voted against it and 57 Democrats voted for it. Unfortunately PA Congressman Scott Perry was the only Republican from the PA delegation that voted ‘nay.’ Click here for the complete Roll Call Vote.
According to Virginia Democrat Congressman Jim Moran, “In 20 years with appropriations bills, I haven’t seen a better compromise in terms of Democratic priorities . . . We got virtually everything Democrats tried to get.”
Here are some of the problems with this bill:
1.) It rubber stamps and accelerates Obama’s amnesty plan. Already the hiring of 1,000 additional government employees to quickly process applications for illegal aliens in US facilities has begun and almost $1 billion in additional funding is in the bill for HHS to help the recent illegal aliens from Central America to “establish” themselves in the country.
