1.) In a 4-3 ruling the Colorado Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit against Christian baker Jack Phillips for refusing to bake a cake celebrating “gender transition”.
2.) A lecturer in the University of Kansas Department of Health, Sport & Exercise Sciences, who said that men who don’t vote for a female president should be shot no longer has a job.
3.) Recently the Georgia State Election Board made a series of seven laws to increase election integrity. A judge struck them all down saying they are unconstitutional.
4.) The superintendent of a Springfield, OH school district sent an email out telling staffers they could not fail immigrant children.
5.) The US Supreme Court will hear arguments in United States v Skrmetti and decide whether Tennessee’s law banning so-called ‘gender affirming care’ violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.
