Details
Rowan County Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis is being held without bail three counties west of her home county in cell 151 at the Carter County Detention Center.
When asked if Kim will compromise or capitulate while in jail, her husband, Joe, replied, “That won’t happen! She’s strong in the Lord.”
