Tell Senate Pro-Temp Jake Corman to Support Senator Mastriano’s Subpoenas

Details

Senator Doug Mastriano continues his efforts to have a forensic audit of the November 2020 election here in PA.  Three counties — Philadelphia, Tioga and York — have been asked to turn over voting machines and ballots to be inspected as part of a forensic audit.  All three counties have declined to cooperate and Tioga County (the most conservative of the three) Commissioners told Senator Mastriano to “withdraw his demands and to let responsible Republicans get back to work” on other issues like COVID-19 and the opioid crisis.

Additionally, in a recent op-ed Erie County GOP Senator Dan Laughlin wrote that the election was “absent credible evidence of fraud” and the audit Senator Mastriano wants to conduct won’t change the outcome of the election, but “will only further the paranoid atmospherics.”  Earlier this month former Army intelligence captain Seth Keshel released the analysis on five PA counties with enough fraudulent ballots to flip PA to Trump.  Erie County was one of those counties!  Check out his report here

Of course, the PA Department of State has threatened counties with decertifying their voting machines if they cooperate with Senator Mastriano.  Where’s the checks and balances here??  If the election was ‘the safest in history,’ why are they afraid for someone to look at the machines?

Another thought:  Any citizen can submit a Right To Know request to their county and ask for a copy of the contract between their county and the voting machine company their commissioners or county executive has signed!  In the November election, did your county start using the poll pads for the voters to sign rather than a logbook.  Did they get the money to buy these from Center for Tech and Civic Life grants?   Interesting that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife donated $350 million to this organization in September and October 2020!   At least 21 PA counties took the money!  If your county began using poll pads last November, in your Right to Know request ask for a copy of that contract also.  These are public documents!  Right to Know request forms can usually be found on your county’s website.
